› Helped a major mid-size hotel company establish a direct marketing program as a channel through which to market their customers and prospects profitably. ROI in meeting planner segment alone was 153%.
› Helped a national vacation home rental organization generate $13.4 million in revenue in a single season. This was realized as 9,712 booked vacations for a total of 56,170 room nights. Total Campaign ROI was 480%.
› Directly responsible for the brand development of a mid-size mortgage company. Identity platform included name, USP, logos, standards manual, internal collateral, and multi-channel consumer marketing including direct mail, e-mail, and print. In just two years booked loan volume grew from $2.6 million to $57.5 million.
